The open plan living space comprises a comfortable sitting area for 6 people and a new fully equipped fitted kitchen opening onto a shaded terrace, the garden and swimming pool.
The property offers three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. Two bedrooms have a queen size double bed, and the third bedroom has a standard double bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, USB sockets and views over vineyards.
The property offers an open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area which provides comfortable seating for 6, a 40" TV DVD player and broadband. The kitchen is newly fitted and fully equipped including a breakfast bar and opening onto ther shady terrace for outdoor eating
The house is set in its own secluded open unfenced grounds of around 2 000sq.m. and surrounded by vineyards. The swimming pool is for the sole use of those renting the house and there is off road parking for 3 cars.
